Cummins Onan impellers should be changed yearly or after 500 hours run time, whichever comes first. The cruise kit that comes with your Cummins Onan Marine Generator contains two impellers. When you need additional impellers refer to the maintenance label on your generator to ascertain the correct part number. The chart below is an additional reference.
Cummins Onan rubber impeller kit includes: impeller and o-ring.
